Efficient humanitarian aid distribution & targeted emergency response enabled by our technology concept aid4face2geo, in favor of distressed street children & dislocated refugees located within conflict zones in Ukraine. The iOS / Android based functionality APP pilot test is launched by ODESSA International Trust in November 2022.
IDENTIFY / Onboard
Remote beneficiary onboarding via iOS / Android APP, facial recognition data upload (selfie) & automated system "prompts" / Questionnaire, visualizing an up to date snapshot of the individuals current vulnerability situation.
LOCATE / Pinpoint
Determine & establish the precise location of the beneficiary via inAPP background enabled GEO location tracking, revolving every time the beneficiary opens the APP through facial recognition / data synchronization.
INTERACT / Help
Enable pinpoint humanitarian aid & relief operations in favor of the beneficiary, through participating licensed humanitarian aid / relief organizations, - giving them limited access to GEO location & prompts data feeds.
The basics
Distressed street children & internal dislocated refugees are capable to register via iOS / Android APP download, enabling their biometric onboarding (selfie snapshot) for revolving facial recognition, & reflect their current vulnerability situation by completing a few prompts / questionaire. The APP will relay user consent triggered, on revolving base the GEO location / tracking coordinates, establishing a clear location of the beneficiary. Humanitarian aid organizations can now deliver pinpoint aid / emergency relief in favor of the person in distress. Prompts / Questionnaire data update & synchronization capability enable a clear & transparent aid / relief actions history of the beneficiary concerned.
Courage & Faith - Post trauma psychological therapy
Post trauma rehabilitation & support is important, especially for distressed children & dislocated refugees. Ukraine-Advisors implements through its ERT Emergency Response Teams psychological therapies, offered as physical & online (remote) rehabilitation concept with socio economic integration programs. The concept is implemented through aid4face2geo under APPTS standards & in compliance with UN Partner IP Protocol including the PSEA module.
To enhance its direct aid distribution capabilities, aid4face2geo is adopting & implementing the BNHE Concept - (Basic Nutrition, Health & Education) benefits program, to its SAAS Software as a Service platform. The BNHE Concept uses data synchronization, conversion & extraction of different values into one unified digital value storage container / token, enabling transparent & clear visualization / control. The Ukraine-Advisors ERT Emergency Response Teams within Ukraine are responsible for the proper implementation of BNHE standards given, in cooperation with participating humanitarian relief agencies.
