Ukrainian children located in occupied territory under Russian control
Intensified fighting / territorial combat between Ukrainian forces mounting a counteroffensive & Russian forces trying to hold on to occupied territories, - just have raised the vulnerability risk of distressed children located & held within occupied territory, from terrible to now horrific under all aspects given. You may note, that also Russian children located within conflict zones are exposed at least to an increased vulnerability risk.
Not understandable, nor acceptable is the decision of Russian occupation forces, to deny Humanitarian aid organizations from entering occupied zones. The United Nations should pass a respective security council resolution & implement humanitarian aid safe zones & corridors. Children have rights - especially in occupied territories.
